Our space is small and intimate, ideal for 40 guests seated and up to 50 guests for a cocktail reception.
Our gathering spaces come furnished or you may choose to bring your own rentals into the Conservatory.
We offer an on-site planner for your convenience. Our team will create a custom space tailored just for you or you may work with your own planning company.
Gathering window is inclusive of all load-in through load-out.

During the week 1220 operates as a modern day women’s social club - The Coterie. We are committed to providing our members uninterrupted access Monday - Friday, 8PM - 6PM. We do make allowances to rent 1220 on week days, however there are some restrictions.
